kinna like this matter o fact i know mi did have one of these...somewhere. And mi know mi could create some kinna make shift cover to mimic the grill cover a panini press, which wi have would mash down what mi trying to do.

well mi cyan tell yuh fram now dat doing anyting inna de oven is not de same as pan a grille, it is not even close becah de fiyah does supm to whateva it touch an yuh cyaan get dat from an oven. Try it doe but mi kno you'll be lookin still aftah yuh done.

Oven isn't anything like broiler <span style="text-decoration: underline">or</span> grill. Oven is baking and it's dry heat - and no flame.

Broiler isn't like grill, either, because in your broiler, the flame is on top, whereas in your grill the flame (or heat) comes from the bottom... and this matters a great deal because it cooks your food quite differently.

This ^ all said, while nothing will be like your grill, your broiler will be the closest thing to it even though it won't be like it.

Those eggs in peppers dish will be good from your broiler, even though they'll be different than the same dish from your grill. You may even like them from your broiler better, who knows?
