Always try to give a little extra...20%...Does anyone feel bad when they travel outside North American and the tipping policy is less.
i hear it's the norm not to tip in europe. my own take is if i can afford the luxury to paying premium prices for food i can do at home for a fraction, plus paying the costs associated with same, i can tip.
i dont agree with the whole tipping thing cause it encourage ppl to under pay worker and then their are customers who dont tip or skimp on the tip. time to demand excellent service charge for food plus service pay a proper wage and for those servers who go above and beyond up to the customer to show appeciation. sometimes ppl get good service and still behave like butto.. like this pastor.
