for me it's frog legs altho i see them all the time in the asian supermarket.

Its just like they say...frogs legs taste just like chicken. I had it once while on a cruise. Haven't had it since, but would eat them again if the opportunity presented itself.

Oxtail .. I've never cooked this before. Honestly, I find most of our Jamaican recipes to be a challenge when it comes to cooking... just way too time consuming.

I had oxtail in Casablanca ... they call it "tail of the cow stew"... it was delicious... but I got sick after. One reason why my mother's oxtail was the ONLY one that I was open to eating for many years. I'd like to try oxtail at home but mi fraid.... What's an easy oxtail recipe?

ok seriously now.

step one: season the meat with ur regular seasonings. powdered seasonings if u used them and onion, skellion thyme etc etc. let it sit for as long as u can. over night is even better.

step two: u can brown it and then pressure it. or u can skip the browning and go straight to pressure. most ppl say it taste better brown...i depends wat mood i am in honesty dont notice dat big of a difference.

step three:simmer and mek gravy

you can also jsut put it in the crock pot and avoid step two and three all togedda.

Even though I don't think I would try the frog legs, I have had alligator more than once, that too tastes like chicken!

I am a food trier still. I wont do snakes or worms though or raw food. No coral reef lol, no crickets, ants, rats or ratbat.

yes way faster dan slow cooker and u no affi a worry bout it. stick it and forget it. my favorit method of doing neting

Tried alligator (on lots of Florida menus), didn't like it at all. It was just too gamy and I wasn't thrilled with the taste. I had it fried and prepared some other way that I can't recall. The fried was most tolerable, but I have no need to eat this again.

I like octopus and squid, order them all the time.

Haven't tried rabbit.....
