When my brother ex-wife brought a new SUV and his current wife began ranting that she the ex using the money to buy new vehicle my brother kindly told her but my kid is riding in a save vehicle now and at the end of the day my kid is okay.

50/50 of all expenses that are child related. If a single parent sat down and wrote all dem expenses they pay for the child, I think it would blow the non-custodial parent away. And make them feel quite foolish for carrying on so about the few coins they send once a month.

i do provide financial support - his child support only provides half the support for the child - the other half is provided by the custodial parent

whats that got to do with taking care of the kid? No matter how much I detest my ex, nothing he could do or say would keep me from my child.

Well if thats the way you see it,..however,I do have a lot of respect for single women,two of my sisters are single mothers,and I know their struggle.

I happen to think that mothers having to raise boys on their own is one of the single most cause of the break down in society,and what leads to boys looking for a role model elsewhere that leads thenm into gang culture.

That doesnt take away from the fact that I think that some women are vindictive when the relationship breaks down,and because of jealousy or spite,they use the child support argumet as a weapon,....I stand by that statement unconditionally.

yeah you're right, I need to get back to work anyways. But thanks to everyone for your responses. I now know that I'm not TOTALLY missing the boat.
