light, water, shelter is the responsibility of the custodial parent. remember, unu broke up and prior to that weh unu used to live? unda de sed bridge? so now unu moved back out...unu gone back to unu life wid a child....which now the man is paying child support. so what really changed?

I can't believe that you are that evil that you would keep my hard earned tax refund money when I am here struggling to find a place to live .. I told you I am living on just $200 a week, after they take out your money, and can't afford to loose $200 and don't have the $500 they are asking for deposit ..etc Please can I have my money ,,,,</span>

So I would like to know,...what about the women who insists on child support,yet denies the man access to his child/children,..are they too justified in their actions.

What about the women who get pregnant after telling the guy that she is on the pill,..then insists on child support from the guy,.....do they too have a legitimate right for child support...???


you women can talk all you want,..but the child support argument is not simply black and white,....there are lots of grey areas,..and there are some bytches out there that muddies the water for genuine cases.

wow...scary the reasoning behind that.

um...whats changed is you are supporting TWO people, not just yourself. Two people require more space, energy, water, etc. So if one of those people is a child, then both parents should split the expenses that are acquired due to the fact the child cant get a job and support itself. Should absent parent pay for half the rent/mortgage? That's not what I'm saying. But if the rent is $1000, the custodial parent pays $750 (their half and half for the child) and the other parent pays $250. And thats just for the rent. And that doesnt even include half the utilties.

So as I said, parents should split the childs incurred expenses 50/50.
