Exactly Keyer, but I had to drag it out of my daughter...and this is only AFTER she told me I was making a big deal out of it and acting old-fashioned.

I threatened to throw her out behind her friend.

Even her dad got really upset with her and told her that she handled the situation poorly and should apologize for the incident. I was FUMING!!! She claimed that she was only trying to &quot;quench the fire&quot; and did not mean to cause the unrest. Did I say just up ANGRY I was?

mi either...like Runnah said above bout the American girl she knows...we (my family) wash only our underwear in one load. i have a load, and each of my kids have their own load but nothing else goes in the load. and we use bleach even if they colorful...they will just have to be faded because i cant imagine putting back on underwear that havent been washed in bleach. it just dont seem like they clean if they havent been washed in bleach. Again, this is just MY family and our beliefs.

I hear you, however, the thought of washing my undies with other people's, bleach or no bleach sickens my stomach.

I don't get it. For me - the washing of my undies is such a personal &quot;event&quot; and has been since the age of 9 (earlier for some but that was the age my girls started as well), that I can't even begin to understand any explanation that would support the sharing of this event with others.
