No, its, PEOPLE's UNDERWEAR is a DIRTY PLACE. To be clear, my husband's undies? He washes them by hand or by him in the washing machine with HIS stuff exclusively.

For the sake of argument one could say it is not a dirty place cause mi consider the clothes whe wear pon trains, planes automobiles come in more contact wid germs dan underwear. So the reason to separate dem is to separate the naswy clothes whe get breath on and cough on pon de train from that which intimately touches your body.

I've heard it too, but that is common in just about ALL cultures. Most of these stories told by men was concocted and told to women so that women would feel inferior to them and many still reject and condemn their women during menstruation, so when they tell you bout how other women denegrate and scorn themselves, either tell them thanks or tell them to move off and guh wey.
