Let me just put in my two cents. The attorney is the one who planted the seed about alimoney and a portion of his retirement money, and she is going for it. What someone stated above about the more money she gets, the more attorney fees she has to pay is on point. She thinks her attorney has her interest, but the long story is, he is just looking for a bigger payday.
