my goodness, you all are one tough crowd

okay, here a little bit

We will call her S. S is the receiptionist at one company I work with. Medium size firm so I am physcially in their office 2 a week.

S takes care of not just the phone but putting together contracts and back up for said contracts, plus whatever small jobs me or the Consultants assign her.

Now let me say S is very very good at her job. You give her a task, with detailed instructions, you dont have to re-check her work or worry that some portion isnt completed. Detailed oriented woman and very keen aboutdoing her job right. S has been in this position for atleast 5 years now, so nothing is new to her.

The issue is her personality Although she is very very sweet, she is also needy for attention and manipulative to a certain degree. The woman on the position before me gave me a bit of a heads up but said the same thing I have discovered. S isnt a malicious person, but she isnt always good at getting what she needs.
