It's called a firestorm, people. Hitch on for the ride!

The latest gossip to come out of Gosselin-ville comes from Us Weekly. The mag is reporting that Kate Gosselin is a bit harsh to people besides her husband, Jon. And they are all coming out of the woodwork to speak up.

The mag claims that Kate has FIRED over three dozen staffers!

One of the many women who served as a nurse for the family while the babies were still premature, Angela Krall, reveals she was one of the many let go and that Kate fired about 40 women previous to hiring Krall, and all for ridiculous reasons. Krall admits Kate fired one woman on the spot for washing her hands in the kitchen instead of the bathroom.

What? Why?

&quot;She thought it was cross-contamination,&quot; she says.

Oh, please!

A family source reveals it was this kind of crazy perfectionism that tore Kate and her father apart. The man, a pastor, gave her cribs donated by his parishioners and Kate threw them back in his face.
