Your country is like a woman of high cultural values. Disrespect it and it won't be around when you need It.

Treat it With respect and it will better when you need it most.
The position Jamaica is in 40 years after independence, is not as bad as the USA was 40 years after independence.
And it was armed and had France as it's ally.
As long as the rats keep scamper from it we will survive.

Had a similar conversation with a Swiss guy recently. He's been in Canada for over 30 years and considers himself Canadian. I have been in Canada only two thirds of that time and cannot bring myself to say the same as he and you do. But dat a just me.

Case a one ting mi know, if Canada (or Britain which dem say mi have right to) decide fi kick mi out, mi will always, ALWAYSSSSS have mi likkle place pon de rock.

I dont CARE what anyone say,I love jamaica like the next man/woman,but no one can ever prove to me that they are MORE JAMAICAN than me,...I NEVER TOLD ANY OF YOU THAT I AM NOT JAMAICAN,and just because I am proud of my adopted country doesnt mean I am "selling out"....if anyone expects me to say anything bad about my adopted country it simply isnt going to happen period !!!!!!!!...I havent rescind my right to call myself a jamaican,..I was BORN IN JAMAICA..no one can take that away from me,but I am a global citizen,I have the right to live anywhere I want,and be what I want,it is my personal right.

Yeah,there are plenty INTERNET jamaicans,and the world is full of jamaicans who are all jamaicans as long as it is as far away from jamaica as possible.....damn hypocrites !!

there is always spain where I have a nice comfortable house in the country 30 minutes drive from the sea,......unnu no worry bout mi,...I am fine trust me on that.

And you must be the biggest rat because all you do is talk a lot of nonsense from your foreign bolt hole,what are YOU doing to patch the leaks except come onto an internet site and talk gobbledegook every day,...just who are this "WE" you are referring to...didnt you scamper from the sinking ship like all the other patriotic internet jamaicans who love jamaica so much they cant bring themselves to go back for more than two weeks every 5 years or so.

Nunya,..I expected more sense from someone like you,I am not getting kicked out of anywhere,I am a citizen of europe,look on the map how many countries there are in europe,and if I got kicked out of every one there is always my beloved jamaica...Lol

I'm not saying that there's a probability that you will be kicked out of anywhere in Europe. I am saying that the possibility exists though. Yeah, I know that that's another discussion, but a jus so me feel, that they can kick us out of their country if it suits them.

You're right too, where relationships are concerned, I do not have much experience with Jamaican men, but I do know a few. My father is Jamaican, my four brothers are Jamaicans, my uncles, cousins etc...

I grew up surrounded by Jamaican men.

But I didn't feel the need to comment on your comments regarding Jamaican men, cause I recognized that you were just teasing...

I did feel the need to comment on your remarks questioning the Jamaicanness of those of us who no longer live on the rock.

As you say,it covers ALL who come on here daily,I dont know about the illegals,they I have some sympathy for because they have no choice,but there are peoploe here who have lived abroad for over 20 or 30 years and still trying to put up a spirited defense of why they are still in their foreign bolthole but DEM LOVE JAMAICA SO MUCH,dem is real jamaicans,.oh yeah,real patriots,either they have made a decision not to go back....or they cant bloody go back because they cant afford to.
