</div></div>I think it depends on the circumstances. like if things were going downhill and then on VDay the big blow out comes causing the breakup well a juss soh it goh.

But if you plan it an set the date as VDay well that is just cruel and unnecessary

My sister's male friend called to let her know that he dumped his g/friend this morning. She'd been planning this lovely intimate meal for them, I guess and when he called to talk to her for a minute, they began arguing. Normal ting apparently - the arguing business, and I guess he just had enough and told her to give his share of the dinner to the dog and that it's done.

Do you think he should've gone for dinner and then ended it tomorrow (considering that they prolly would've argued tomorrow anyway)?

Nope...mek the crowbate guh nyam bread and butter fi him dinner. Why should he come over and nyam har food and den tun round dump har next day ? At least she have leftovers fi lunch or dinner the next day.

One a mi friend, helped har man move in his new apt., help him clean it up and put out him plates etc, mi did deh a the store wid har when she buy him one martini set as house warming, and to top it off him guh to her parents house the day guh nyam lobster, then dump har the night

Some people give in too much to this Valentines hype . Consequently this day is a cause of stress and it is not surprising to me that it is a day of major arguments and break ups.
