1. september dem tek weh mi classroom ahn tell mi fi use mobile classroom. but di mobile room nu have technology equipment pon it. it neva matta how much times mi ask fi di equipments, di ansa was always "Request not available at this time."
2. october dem chat mi ahn pikney ovahear dem bout mi mussi ah do illegal tings fi be able to travel like me do. or di current mr ilp mussi ah do illegal activity.
3. mi write ah course proposal. bakrah accept it,BUT gi di course to smaddy else fi teach it.
4. mi ketch student in di mix of academic dishonesty. when mi forward exam notes, documentation...nutten happen to di student. MORE OVER DEM COURSE GRADE GET CHANGE FROM FAIL TO PASS.
5. when mi was pregnant..dem neva stop chat mi till mi lef.
6. on mi personnel evaluation, bakrah write out daht mi need to learn interpersonal skills and/or aquire it. cah im can see daht culturally mi nu know how fi deal wid dem. o, but mi is superior/highly qualified teacher.
7. mi dept chair would conduct meeting, not inform mi daht dem was to commence. mi find out what dem chat about when mi is forwarded di minutes and on di minutes mi get mark wid "absent without explanation".

well when mi was going out on leave fi drop dis big ole hauseback bwoy, mi did well apprehensive cah dis business weh mi in is very cut you throat ahn juss cah you have one kinna job one minute, dont mean dem wont pay you fi sweep out broom closet di next.
well...
like mi said, di million dollar question when mi was going out was "How long will ILP be gone? When will ILP come back?" O, everybody dida speculate mi coming back in 6 weeks. O, but what if mi tek 8? ILP wouldn't take 16 weeks would she? Hell Naw (one next one would ansa) she doesnt have that much time. Well unless she goes unpaid and questions still remain about how she lives the way she does when everyone knows how much everyone makes. Well what about her courses, they are national/international exams? Dis foo-fool one would question. How ever will her students pass? One ultimatums mi hear was "I swear to god, if they dont do something and her kids fail those exams...it'll be on their heads."
