Sex is sometimes going to be boring. But you know what? It is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of that relationship. It takes maturity to realize that sexuality is not just about sex itself. You can have a shower together without intercourse just massaging each other. And oddah tings too. (Be imaginative.) And then, out of no where it seems, you become incredibly turned on by the same person you found a little boring last week. You also have to keep it interesting without it becoming a sport. Sometimes it is so so, sometimes it is WOW!!! Both of you have to want to give and take. I don't know what else to tell you, except have FUN with it!

Well Peasie, that is a men from Mars women from Venus thing.

See, #1, men are immature and #2, we like sex. A lot. We think about it all the time.

That is why we get into wildly inappropriate relationships at the office, give the baby sitter argument, get caught picking up police officers posing as hookers, proposition your best friend when you are not looking, give the checkout girl at the supermarket our phone number and cannot be trusted when we go away to a conference. We are all just little boys looking somewhere to put it.

What you are referring to is romance. That's a woman thing. And just like you can fake the moment, we can fake the romance thing too if necessary. We are ok with that..as long as we think we will have sex after.

that is the problem here, this is not sex, this is common assault and shd be punishable by jail or teelie brukup if necessary

Uhhhh men most vaginas can accomodate one teelie at a time therefore it is very unncessary to ram hard and fast, this is not a race, and if you are in a situation where you are ahead of a line of men waiting to use said vagina then you really need to evaluate your status in life and work on making teh necessary changes physically, mentally and obviously emotionally.

it shdn't have a shelf life RC if two ppl are uncreative then it just may suit them fine, but the problem lies where one is creative and well, the other isn't. After a while yuh nuh badda try fake it again yaah man and that's when u wd rather read.

Sex is supposed to be exciting, creative. there was once a man in my life who got it SO right, EVERY time - wedda it was a quickie or a nice slow groove. no matter. i never preferred to get extra sleep or read book over havin fun with him cause over years of experience with him, i KNEW every time was gonna be wonderful, in whatever form it took....

there have been other relationships in which, over time, i came to realize just the opposite - I got so tired of it being lame and unsatisfying that i just wound up not looking farward to any encounter, and extra sleep was much more interesting to me than tryna gear myself up for what would most likely be another bad/unsatisfying session.

needless to say, the latter relationships did not last -

however i'm not sure if maturity is the thing that explains it for me. i've come to believe that it's a 'lock and key' thing. some ppl have the right key that fits the lock - others just don't. no mounta time, maturity, creativity, or tryna 'make it work' (cause that IS work, not fun) will fix it if the style a de key just don't fit the style a de lock. it either works, or it don't.

i feel incredibly lucky that, for a time, i got to experience the pure joy of having had the perfect key to my lock, who in 7 years i <span style="font-style: italic"> never</span> wanted to pass up for a book or a nap. And it wasn't a 'romance' thing, neither one of us was mushy romantic types, both a we extremely pragmatic and practical realists. it was just that physically we just fit right, it was just <span style="font-style: italic">that good</span> between us. and yeh i woulda and didda do anything for the man, and he for me as well. even when we had arguments or whatever, i knew <span style="font-style: italic">that thing</span> was so rare, it was worth dealing with ALL the other crap &amp; stuff ppl go thru in relationships. - unnu know dat tune <span style="font-style: italic"> &quot;baby u the best, the best i evah had&quot;</span>, we had it like that. i just wish he was still with us, cause then he and i would STILL be badderin one anedda at 4 in the morning. and no novels on the bedside table.
