she may not like you in *that* way, but likes the attention. she's manipulating you. it's like "come here" - "go away". listening to men, i've heard that before. worse if you lend them $1,200.

no disrespects I'm sure your a nice guy, but seems to me she's just being pleasant( as in telling you she's not interested in the nicest possible way)
I can assure you if she wanted to go out - you would have had half dozen dates by now. tip- a woman if she's that way inclined will only play you - when you intitally become a couple not because she's insincere but its her way of feeling you out.
She wont play you before you start dating ..cos she might lose.
ques -"do women like a challange? " only certain types of women the types that go after their good friends BF .. and I'd stay clear of those if I was you
