Anyway, di class returns from recess. Mi day wid dem coming to an end soon cuz it was jus a half day assignment. So dem head teacher tell dem fi finish up some work they were doing earlier. They wrote a story (2 sentences) using vocabulary words they had and dem had to illustrate it. So while di kids were coloring I went around and checked their work. Came around to the little girl (who I admit I really became very fond of...she really is a sweetheart ) and she showed me her drawing. Some amusement park ride with some people in it. Mi ask who was on the ride. She say her mom, her, and her brothers.

There was my opening! Mi say: &quot;oh you have brothers? What are their names?&quot;. She answer. Mi ask if they were her big brothers or little brothers. She laff an say &quot;big silly!'. So mi seh: &quot;I have brothers too. 3 of them. Their names are X, [pause] Y [pause], and Z.&quot; X is mr man. Y and Z are his brothers.

So she says:&quot; oh I know that name. It's just like my daddy.&quot; </div></div>

Who knows why I might be hard to understand. I hurt my back, I'm taking pain pills...could just be me in a special slow motion mode.

I first thought that she had given up a child for adoption. That would certainly be a crisis. I still need to completely read every post but I guess it appears she thinks the child may just be a relative.

Until I get through with the vicodin, I guess I might just be a pain in the butt to everybody. Apologies in advance.

Wat mi gwine do? Vault it. After mi share it wid all of unoo of course. Mi not telling di man becuz him chat like him name ooman.


But dere is a lot of things dat starting to mek sense. Di bredda is a known philanderer. Him have a problem keeping him ting in him pants. Him wife know but she too naiive fi see it an she too desperate to leave him. I wud never tell her because even tho we r cordial we r not close, plus mi nah mek nobody blame mi fi stir up trouble.

He has 1 other outside dawta but that was wen he an di wife separated briefly.
Dem use to live in NY til back in 06 di wife decided she wanted to move up here. Him teef out her savings dat she was gwine use as down payment pan dem house. 20K him gamble out. All in an effort to get di wife not to move up here. She fine way fi get di house an in a last ditch effort him threaten fi leff her an stay by himself in NY. It neva wuk. Dem is up here now. The child is 6 turning 7 or already 7. So di whole moving stall tactics tek place wen she was 1 or 2.

When dem use to visit on di weekends him use to stay out from di friday nite dem cum til di sunday evening wen dem ready fi leff. All now mi kno him tell her say him a wk late an him nah nat a wuk a do.

Not my business so mi nah seh nutn. Maybe I shuddan ask him how is baby girl jus fi di fun of it.
