It has since gotten worse though.

I was up and going to soak my feet (yeah I know I sound like an old woman) so let's call it a pedicure lol around 3 and she called me. I went with the &quot;how was the party....man sound different speaking than singing:&quot;

Do you know this woman had me on speakerphone for him to listen as they were taking a quick drive (2 hrs) to New Orleans and so call shop? She said she called to find out where to get some good food from me. (I lived there 7 years.)

I think this is a true suck teet moment.

Yes, I would definitely want to be told.

We have a standing agreement though. If she ever catches my man cheating, then she will tell me. If I ever catch her man cheating, then I will not tell her because she does not want to know.

he called your number from her phone pretending to be someone else? so who was he pretending to be? and what was the point in him calling <span style="font-weight: bold">you</span> from <span style="font-weight: bold">her</span> phone?

I think he was not prepared for a female to answer the phone. I think he was just being nosy about who she had been talking to. I don't even remember what name he said he was, but he acted like he forgot we have caller ID now.

My ex-hubby was crazy like that *69-ing people. My immediate reaction when I saw her name come up was how she had time to call me during the party and when I heard the male voice, I automatically knew it was him. Whatever he was about to finish saying, I interrupted and called him out by name.

I could not have been the only person he called and when she/they later called me at the butt crack of dawn over some foolishness, I knew that it was just a cover to see what I was going to say.

It's a miracle in itself that we are friends because we are so different.

I mean what woman would not want to know her man was cheating? When dealing with her, I don't do what I would want done for myself but what I think she would want.

I gave enough info when they called so that if she had any questions, she could have asked later.

Her head is hard. Never been a time that she's not starting over after giving her all. We've talked about it, but she keeps doing it. A man being bold enough to call back the numbers on your phone after this short of time is going to be a full fledge headache.

The nurse who used to stay with my grandmother after she had her stroke was from their family. She's his great aunt. She moved to Chicago and passed as white. Her brother (his great uncle) taught math at my high school. He had a nervous breakdown a few years ago and ran through the street in his neighborhood naked, flinging rocks through peoples windows and cussing them out.

They are from my people's town in the country. One of my grandmother's brothers tried to go with the great aunt but they thought he was too dark and he was about Beyonce's complexion.

I don't know what the hell be wrong with my people sometimes with all the self hate.
