Arjen - to clarify, he and i were married at the time. indeed, it was at the end of our marriage.

Dahjah - he was moving out in approx. 3-4 weeks (long time, don't remember the particulars) hence, he was sleeping in the other bedroom. and, yes, the moron attempted this 'act' one more time. this time, however, i woke quickly, got out of bed and told him to get outta my bedroom. he did and i locked the door.

i just don't understand why anyone would think it is acceptable to have sex with someone who has not consented. indeed, does that mean nothing is wrong with date rape drugs?

I know a young woman whose husband had sex with hers...sans consent and condom...in her words "we came home from an event..he was drunk..he basically raped me" she became pregnant with their second child and he blamed her for the (then unwanted) pregancy..she remained with him..but needless to say for a bunch of reasons the marriage is dying

Sorry big man, I`m not into the following of what you call Babylonian tendencies and to suggest that marriage is about ownership to the extent that because of such ownership, one is entitled to impose himself on his sleeping wife, not once but thrice against her will.
The guy needs to be inducted into a Kentucky stud farm and feel the heels of a mare not in heat. Then perhaps if capable to overcome his perversion he`d be better able to respect the will not only of himself but of his wife.
