I go to work and I am livid [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70367-help.gif[/img] no smilie in the world could express how mad I am right now...

I go into my boss's office and I start to talk to him about the legalities of eviction... I have never been in this situation and I don't know what needs to be done...

Do I need to give her 30 days notice?? I know I need to put this is writing, but I don't know what to say...

He says to keep the emotion out of it, state what is due, and when it is due, and if it is not paid that she is to vacate the premisis...

I spend about a hour writing and re-writing a demand for payment or for her to vacate...

I finish the letter, feel a little better....

Call my landlord (we have to pay rent on the space my mobile is on) I tell her the situation, I tell her that I will not depend on this woman for money again, but that I can not pay unitl 1/14 when I have a full check [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70361-embarassed.gif[/img] She is very nice to me, she says not to worry about it, and if I need any help with evicting the roommate to let her know...

I get off work, go to Beres and I have such an irie time...

I end up sleeping on a couch in the office [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif[/img] THe house was too far at 3 am!! So I set the alarm on my cell and wake up 7am brush my teeth, wash my face, change my clothes and get ready for my friday... [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif[/img]

That afternoon I talk to a mutual friend of ourswho says the roommate was calling wanting to know where I was last night, where Imanni was... blah blah blah... but she could not call my cell phone and ask me [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70400-talktohand.gif[/img]

She says to my friend the least I could have done was leave her a note [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek2.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img] OMG!! We don't even have "hello" to say to each other, what kind of note did she want?? I get home and she is in her room... imagine that [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]

I leave the note on the fridge before I go to bed...

When I wake up there is a reply from her asking what happened to the 350 she gave me in December??? [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek2.gif[/img] I guess the almost 40 year old does not know that rent is due every month [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]

I write back to her explaining that she still owes $100 from Dec. and now $350 for Jan plus the $40 late fee that I AM NOT PAYING because it is HER FAULT we are late [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad2.gif[/img]

I say you owe $490 by your next paycheck, can you pay it????


That note goes un-answered...

The following Thursday when I get paid I pay the rent and am looking at the other bills that are stacking up. I need to make payment arrangements with the power company, but she still has not told me if she will pay or how much...

I post another note on the fridge saying that I need to know how much money she is going to give me so I can arrange to pay PG&amp;E. Again no response... By Friday I am livid again... I go home early that day, before she has left for work... The washer is running and I can hear her talking ish about me on the phone to somebody... [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad2.gif[/img] She is going on about how I don't do dishes, and I say do you have any more ish to talk about me??? I can tell I startle her as I am not usually home at this time... all she can say is "No" [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img]

I sit in the livingroom waiting for her to go to work... I am not letting another day go by with out my answers...

She tries to walk right past me, but I say excuse me... I would appreciate it if you answer my question... She says I won't know until I get my check how much it will be... I say it does not take a brain surgeon to add up some hours and figure out your pay [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70400-talktohand.gif[/img] [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif[/img] She has the audacity to say payroll screws up on checks all the time and I am not going to tell you one amount and then not have it [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek2.gif[/img] I say that is a lame excuse for not knowing if you can pay your bills... this will not work, you need to move out A.S.A.P. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/mad2.gif[/img] she says I know, and slams the door and leaves for work....

I can not spend another day in this house with this woman... I know she gets paid on the 18th and I pray to God she gives me the money and gets the hell outta here....


I call Bob and ask if Imanni and I can come spend the weekend with him....
