I have a certain standard of living dat require a certain amount of money. Now mi a spenn my money and aldoe mi naah depenn pan nubaddy a<span style="text-decoration: underline">t di moment</span> fi help mi tuh maintain mi medium-high standard, mi certainly nuh want nuhbady come and compromise it.

Based on certain experiences, both personal and wat mi si some a my fren dem guh chroo, if yuh eat a certain restaurants and buy yuh clothes a certain places and meet a man whe nuh reach dat level yet or a penny pinch, it only aguh bode disaster for all involved, for obvious reasons whe mi nuh tink need nuh detailed explanation. I once spoke to a young man, about 20 years old, who was interested in a young woman I knew. He seemed very young, so I thought he might have been fickle and seeking fun, as is the case of most young men today.

I asked him what his thoughts were on relationships and marriage, as this young woman was very important to me.

He began to explain. &quot;A man, having lost his rib, goes about seeking to find it. When he has found it, he nourishes and cherishes it as though it were his own.&quot;

I was flabbergasted at his interpretation and the wealth of knowledge that he possessed and exhibited. It then brought me back to the scripture that says, &quot;Whoso findeth a wife, findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord&quot; (Proverbs 18:22). It all started to become clearer to me that so many of our women keep on saying &quot;I am looking for my husband&quot;, but can't seem to find him because he is also out there looking past them.

Were women sent to look, or are the men designed to be the hunters? Even if women think that they have found their spouses, is it still possible that deep inside he is still hunting for that special missing rib? The one that he thinks would make him feel complete?

Whenever women seek and think that they have come up with an ideal spouse on their own account, this is when they have to go all out to ensure that they maintain this relationship, financially and otherwise. This is when she feels threatened that maybe someone else could try to sweep him off his feet like she did, so she becomes insecure and unhappy.

You might say, so what if I have to do that? But do you think it would probably make life easier and more relaxing if the man were the one who initiated and showed his interest and love, so that in turn this would be reciprocated? <span style="font-weight: bold">This would allow men to start thinking about their responsibility as provider and protector.

Men love a challenge, and most times are not fond of those who make their hunting careers too easy.

Women, the next time you see a male hunting, make his job a little harder to force him into becoming that person he never knew he could be.</span> It would save us a lot of heartaches and tears if it were to go as the Bible says. Maybe I am from the old school, but these are my views, until next time.

I missed it, but I'm sure it was a fine display of how it goes. Just chat of man not being able to finance his own half, and the ego can't take it so he lashes out. Imagine trying to actually live with that being the elephant in the room. Again, most people I have run across are not secure enough to handle it.

There's a simple solution though. Find a woman who gets excited about going to McDonald's, and she'll be ecstatic about Applebees (coupon or not). It's a win-win situation.

I would not immediately say he could not afford you, I would say his values and yours are very different. He values different things and it look dat if a woman write off the man pon de coupon pon de 1st date, it is not a woman <span style="font-style: italic">for him</span>

My eldest bredda was cheap noh heck and would have been one of those men who would use a coupon but den again he would not waste him money pon dem certain restaurants (unless dem very very good) or buy im clothes at certain places cause dat was not important to him. However he had his house paid off in record time (could not stand owing the bank $$), his kids played all the sports they needed to develop, the family traveled to every continent, and when the time for colleges and weddings came along, it was easy to write the check. He always had great parties .. at home of course

I would mek sure i have a quite word wid the waiter away from the table about the coupon....mek it seem like i took care of everything ahead of time and when meal finish we can jus get up and walk out...like a baller
