So is who shi have secret fah? Cause is only so mi know them can gwaan so but word is just like how KA (smaddy in one dept at me work) did get escort off campus them time will come. She made it into something personal and you dress her down nicely to let her not know that by assuming things about you doesnt make it the case (as that is what I read from your response) but she have smaddy ticket or she sleeping with the right person.
maybe this would be the be the perfect opportunity to set her straight by calling her bluff but you DC was either bullied or was really securing her job.

Also, sorry to say, I can def see how she'd read your words as a threat. Plus, wid you ranting for a minute in patois, she prolly told the DC that you were threatening her in 'your language' but of course she "can't be sure"... that right there sows the seeds of doubt wrt your innocence with the DC...
And if Miss Timid was called to 'testify' she would admit that you were saying a bunch of stuff in a lingo dem neva undastan, so she cyaa say fo sure that you weren't saying a bunch of threatening stuff there too...Comment

I guess oonu all right. Mi kinna mad wid miself cah mi should know by now that di earth nu level. What mi can get weh wid is much different that what them can. Ahn it nu worth bemoan that issue, as it is the way it is. But fi har to go ahn mek up lie that is mi instigate it...smdh.
As for secret, mi nu know what she have on the DC (if anything). Mi juss know that the DC is on har last legs wid our Dean, which she made very clear from the get go. Fall and Spring Semesters ah di big ones ahn if she mess up those..then she would salt fi real. Mi can see where she might be trying to hold on as long as she can (although is mi get burn in the process).

Please find the attached document which notate changes being made to English 2015 for Summer Session II. Please be aware that the changes are for Sections 101, 103, and 105 ONLY. I am aware that changes at this date will require an amendment in TEAMS and a Global Message release on SASI. No amendments will be required for the Book Center/Exchange.
Changes were requested by the instructors of these particular sections and I found the requests necessary for the academic benefit of the particular sub populations in these sections.

Either they realized the error of their ways or DC has just about had it with Ole Hag. I'm sure this is not the first run-in that DC has had with OH.

So the syllabus was last minute changed for other courses, but not for yours and hers? Hmmm that could spell problems indeed, because your colleague will not be happy. And then you had to go into that aggressive jungle talk complete with a moral at the end!
I realize your DC is overloaded, but she should write something up about this- memories fade, but not the associated emotions. The offended employee could later allege that she was threatened and it was swept under the rug
Maybe some cultural sensitivity training could be the outcome to put it to rest.

the changes were made...but to them (di next teacher and ole hag) sections only. the DC lef mine as it was. i do feel good about that. mi was fretting from jump is cah i understood that since it was the same class...all the sections (regardless of who teach them) had to be the same. hence my worry about them trying to change it. but she submit to the dean the changes to them section...hopefully it get approve ahn mi can gwan do what mi fi do.
i agree that ole hag need to be put inna har place. she is a bully (as one ah oonu point out)...but i am not the one.
