So Indianboy and I started spending a lot of time together, like we were trying to squeeze as much time out of eachother as possible because we would be parting soon.
We went to movies and Fridays was our favorite restaurant (Jack Daniels chicken. mmmmmmm)and a lot of intimate times. I mean it was wonderfullll he paid full attention to EVERYTHING!! So he started to monopolize my time. My homeboys cornered him one day in the warehouse. Indianboy call me that night.
"Your homeboys are hatin'"
"Why you say that?"
"They said i'm taking time away from them too, I told them that they were ditching you for their girls lately and I hang out with you late, late nights so if they miss their time..."
"Well I guess we can start going out as a group. I know your not used to hanging out with them, but their very nice guys. You'll like it."
So we spent the rest of our time as a group. Except for that one day on my birthday when he took me to the Zoo, then to see spiderman, then to Red Lobster. I loved it.
A few weeks later me and the guys went to one of the guys parents condos to hang out on the patio. This was no ordinary "patio" There were two huge pools with white chaises and full size beds with sheer sheets hanging around it. And a Huge jacuzzi. And there was so much liquor, Indianboy didnt want to come said he was tired. So I chilled with my boys watching videos and drinking, playing pool and drinking, played bartender while drinking, passed out on the bed cuz of drinking. The last thing I remember was my home boys strippin down to thier boxers and getting into the pool and saying come on Phatty it feels good. "Nah i'm gonna jussss......"
So the next day at work the guys were hanging out away from me and knew they had something on me. come to find out they jumped in bed with me and crowded around me and took pics, they were wet in their boxers and i was fully clothed. It was funny they gave copies to my boss for future blackmail purposes [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img] Indianboy was maaaaaaad. but he got over it quick [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70373-kiss.gif[/img]
I miss them.
Anyway back to the story. Well time came fast it was time to go. The night before we went to the mall and this mall has a man made flowing river going throughout it. We went when it closed so we could walk around. I cried he cried, we kissed. He took me home, we made love and he left soon after. And that was it for us just that we didn't know yet.
I should have known ATL was going to be challenge everything I signed the day I arrived was dated 9/11. My brother said he had a bad feeling, but I didn't listen. My first few months was fine. I took care of my bills, bought a brand new car, but it was unfulfilling. I was always at work. From Sept - Feb we were there from open til close 13-14 hrs 7 days a week. I made the money, but didn't enjoy it. I had no friends, family, noone. And slowly I was slipping into a depression. The people were totally different no one had work ethic where I was and everyone always had a second agenda. Being the youngest female manager in the history of the store was a big title to carry and they expected more. but I was being SCR**** every turn I made.
Thats when I met Babysfather. He persued constantly and it became annoying. One day he asked why won't I give him a chance.
"I don't date black americans, sorry to be blunt but that's all I can be."

"Because all of my friends that have,has been taking for granted and advantage of. Then broke, then pregnant." (Did I mention that by this time Indianboy broke up with me because his mother said that bcuz i was black I was not good enough)
"Well I can change your mind i'm nothing like that stereotype."
"You look like it, with the baggy pants and your gangsta limp, the heavy slang (I could hardly understand him), and you smoke weed"
"Why would you think I do?"
"I smell it on you, my uncle used to smoke it. You guys have a distinctive smell no matter how many cigarettes you smoke afterwards."
Well he kept on being persistant and I kept on going home to an empty apartment and my family doesn't have time to talk to me on the phone. Well, my apartment wasn't completely empty. I got a cat.

So came Christmas Eve. I came home to a empty house again after work and sat down to watch the news with my Big Mac. My phone began to ring it was Babysfather.
"Yeah?"
"What you doing?"
"I'm watching the news."
"Ain't you going to miami to visit your family?"
"No, I tried calling them no one's answered in a couple days,(They went to JA without telling me.)"
"Do you mind if I come see you?"
"As long as you promise not to try nothing, you play playstation?"
"Yeah I got that new Underground."
"Bring with you."
So he came and we drank beer (I wasn't easily affected by beer) and played video games. I gave him a blanket and pillow to sleep in the guest room. He tried nothing. I still wasn't taking chances I locked my cat and myself in the bedroom. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]
So the next morning I arose early as usual and he soon after he went home and I spent christmas morning by myself. I tried calling home, no answer. But all my homeboys called to tell me they missed me and come back (When I transferred they all left the job except for indianboy his confidence got him a promotion to manager [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/kissteeth.gif[/img])
Well I was doing well my first year. Every check had a bonus. I was making Top sales in my dept. for all of the company, but I was constantly being stressed by my managers as if I wasn't doing enough. I was the only manager that didn't dress as such I dressed as restock and helped my people while keeping up with managerial duties. My job was doubled and to them it wasn't enough. My motivation that I used to have for a job I loved was starting to deplete. I did my best and they could only show me negative. Every month we flew down to Miami for a 1 hour meeting. Flights would be delayed and I wouldn't get home til past midnight sometimes. It was horrible and disorganized. I pushed to do better. I had not made any other friends by this time I was dating Babysfather and he was my main friend (that's not good). I then made friends with two of my employees. They were old enough to be my mother. Mother1 was a white southern woman that was in her fifties, she love to drink, but her heart is made of gold. Mother2 very in touch with her spiritual side and would tell me things about myself that left me dumbfounded. The one thing she said was becareful of who I hang around, becuz my moods change with those surrounding me. She told me if ever I get upset of depressed without cause someone is near me draining my energy. And listen to myself because 9/10 I am right never second guess myself because I have a gift and I don't believe it. Which I saved my behind a lot taking that advice.

Now the drama begins and so does the bad choices. If I were to do it over I wouldn't change anything, i've learned.

So there is this cleaning lady at my job. Very hairy. Love to wear shorts and stuff and my employees are always telling me to tell to her to shave or wear long pants (it's bad [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/vomit.gif[/img])I couldn't she was mine to worry about plus she did her job. She always have a habit of giving me dirty looks up and down, and when she realized that i'm watching she smiles like she was being friendly or playing. Anyway one day I was running late and I put on my make-up in the lunchroom she came in.
"Your such a prety girl why do you wear that?"
" Cuz I want to" I answered thinking she'll walk away
"You put it on so light no one knows your wearing it"
"That's the point"
"Phatty why don't we hang out, I know some great clubs."
"I don't club"
"Why"
"Becuz for me to pay $20 to be harrassed by men all night, and to listen to a DJ who's doing a live broadcast anyway is a waste of my time and energy"
"Well here's my number if you change your mind."
Now in my head I wondered what she was up to, she's a sneaky little hoe. So I listened to my gut and pulled one of these.
When I got home that night Babysfather was waiting for me. I said to him "What's going on between you and cleanglady?"
"Nothing what will make you think somethings going on?"
"Because she spoke to me today and she's a woman, a old woman at that why would she want to club with me?"
"That's what your going off of, what's that got to do with me?"
"And she told me other things too. Come clean before I get dirty."
"I don't know what your talking about." But his face was telling me everything.
"Go home and think about it when you figure it out call me."
The next day at work I was at the back of my dept. Noone can see you, but you can see everyone. They were up on the next level about to pass eachother. I saw a little arguement as he said "What did you tell her?" and she was shaking her head pleaing with him. For two people that have no idea about the other they sure did have a lot to argue about. That night I called and broke up with him and fell into a deep depression at this point I felt very alone. I called home, my stepdad answered "your mother went to JA on business yesterday she'll be back in about three days." I layed in bed for my two days off. I was always a victim of depression, but always had someone to pull me out this time I was about to drown...
