Anyway, So after I got back with this dude I stopped drinking as much as I used to. I realized the depression that I thought went away actually was just numbing me. I went to my doctor again and he prescribed me some anti-depressants. While these anti-depressants were masking my true feelings I dove into work and they loved it there. I did nothing for myself. Everything was about my job and it was pissing my boyfriend off. We started fighting more often and I remembered the A-hole that he was. I left him again and again he chased me and I listened. I went back to him. Between all the fussing and fighting I began to be very stressed I then became dependant on the anti depressants. He went to Louisiana to visit his mother and for that week I stayed at his place avoiding unwanted company.

While there I started to feel sick through out the day. I was fine when I was up and around at work, but as soon as I sat down and relaxed I started feeling sick again. What's wrong with me? I went to my doctor and he ran some blood tests and told me he would have my results in three days.

I worried for those three days, I didn't know what it could be. I couldn't be pregnant I was on the patch and after 4 years it couldn't have failed me. This guy at work looked at me one day and said "Moiya, you look pregnant."
"Well i'm not" I told him. "Impossible..." I muttered to myself. I didn't want to be pregnant, not now. Not for this idiot especially. He wasn't ready. And I don't know if he'll stick around. I believe in abortion, but not in this instant. Abortions, I believed, should be saved for those who know they are not going to take proper care of the child or it's life threating. I on the other hand love children and wouldn't do it for the mere fact that I did do the "dirty deed" and I should take responsibility for my actions. The thing is women always HAVE to do things where men, most times, do what they WANT to do. I got the call three days later. I was not pregnant. When Babysfather came back, I told him of my ordeal. We laughed about it then he looked at me seriously and said, "It wouldn't have been that bad though if you think about it." He looked serious and sincere.

"I know it probably would be nice to start a family with you, but we both know your not ready."
"I'm not ready, what about you?"
"Well you know me, I grab life by the horns, I take what's coming. I can handle it. I just know you can't."
"Well, your wrong." I wish I was but I wasn't. I didn't have sex with him for the next two weeks, I was gun shy. A blood test should tell you if your pregnant three days after conception. I was shocked when 3 weeks later an at home test told me I was.

I went to a OBGYN recommended by my boss, who was great! Come to find out I was 7 weeks pregnant. I was in shock, immediately stop taking my anti-depressants, I had to. I was in a whirl wind. I called my own doctor and told him the news and what could have gone wrong with my birth control. He told me the anti-depressants probably affected my birth control hormone levels. Maybe that's why. I was angry at first, but realized that I should have taken extra measures. I went home and called Babysfather and let him know. His reaction was what I expected. "I'm not ready, you know i'm not ready!"
"Now you're not ready after all that you said couple weeks ago. You NOW are not ready? I can't believe you. I expected this anyway, i'll do it by myself. Thank you."
"Thank you, look if you need i'll give you the money to get the aborthion done."
"NO! I told you, you have nothing to worry about. You need to realize that I take responsibility for my actions. And whether this will have me sink or swim i'm ready to deal with it. You didn't have money for me to buy a pair of sneakers last week, but you have money for an abortion. [censored] off."

I didn't hear from him for two weeks, then I got a phone call late one night. "I don't want you to do this alone. I want to have this baby with you. The last thing I want is my child growing up hating me."
"Well it's your decision." I said and hung up the phone. I was still [censored]. Four months passed and we moved into an apartment together. Soon after the move his company laid him off of work so I was doing everything. I watched him day by day sit down in the livingroom watching the cable I was paying for eating the food I bought and yet not looking for a job and the baby was on his way. I got [censored] everytime I came home. I couldn't stomach even looking at him. I started to lose patience, so I sat down and spoke with him calmly. It turned into a huge fight, he said he was stressed out and I should give him a chance. I told him he needed to find a job and help me because the money is running out and I couldn't keep doing this. "I am stressed out. Stress ain't doing nothing to you. You look fine. Everytime I stress, I throw up, feel dizzy. You? Get your [censored] up and find a job!"

Two weeks passed and he heard of a job out in Louisiana. He was going out there for four months to send money home to save and help with the bills. I knew better, at the same time I was at work looking for a roommate to lower my bills and have someone around just in case. The day he left he told me he loved me and that he'll call me when he arrives there. He kissed me and hugged me tight and didn't want to let go. I was six months pregnant. That night my friends came over and moved my things out (The lease was in his name). I never saw him again, But I heard plenty from him. I was feeling lost being pregnant and depressed is the worst. I called my mother and told her (she love rescue missions).
"Phatty, come home. You don't need that job. Come finish school." I listened to her she all of a sudden had this power over me. I listened to everything she told me to do. I found a church and spoke with the pastor who put me on a bible study program. And I started to feel lighter during the same time I met this guy, who said that I was his girlfriend no matter how much I said no (This one I recently broke up with, remember?). Funny thing is that he was planning on moving to Florida with his family and so was I. We got closer, not physically, because I found a new lease on life. Little did I know Babysfather was going to make my last trimester a living hell.

So the last trimester was hell, both physically and mentally. I didn't swell my whole pregnancy until now. My feet where fat and look like they were about to burst, the hours at work wasn't making it better. My doctor lowered my schedule to 8 hours and it didnt help the standing for eight hours it was killing me. One day I felt very exhausted so I left work early to go home and lay down. I felt like I was spinning in bed. My phone began to ring I didn't answer it cuz I don't like answering private calls, but the person kept on going. "Hello?"
"Moiya?" A strange females voice was on the other line.
"Yes, who's this?"
"Don't worry about who it is, all I want to tell you is leave my MotherF- man alone! B****, Who the hell do you think you are anyway?"
"What's funny is your calling me private, obviously afraid for me to contact you back, cuz if the tables were turned i'd call you straight. Don't let the pregancy fool you-."
She hung up before I can finish. I was [censored] at first I thought it was my new found guy friend, but when I called and questioned him he said he's never mentioned my name to any girl, so it couldn't have been him. So I called Babyfather.
"Why do you have your girlfriends calling me, harrassing me?!"
"What girlfriends? Look I don't have anyone harrassing you."
"Look, Babysfather, I am already having a hard time dealing with this okay. You ran away and I haven't called you since you left. I am not interested in bothering you. So when you go visit your many hoes don't leave your phone where they can get my name and number. You work off of pity, cuz you have no game. Don't use me in one of your p**** gettin' stories. Cuz your ghetto tricks are stupid."
"I don't have any-." I didn't give him a chance to finish his sentence. I hung up and rolled over to my left side the baby was moving up a storm and that feeling is wierd. Sometimes I swear I can still feel it even though I know he's in his crib.
Funny how he had no one calling me cuz an hour into my sleep that person called again leaving an extensive message on my voicemal about she warned me. Whatever.
This continued throughout my last trimester different woman, laughing in the background, etc. I thought I was about to lose it why was he doing this to me. I wanted to change my number, but couldn't, too much connection to it.
My last month was hell. I kept on throwing up and felt dizzy from time to time. The weather in GA went up to 98 some days and I thought I was dying. I started drinking a 24 pk of bottled water a week and I haven't slept for more than three hours a night. I was about to lose it. I knew I was when I ran to the bathroom one night, just so I can trickle into the toilet, I was [censored]. I slept my last hour in there to big and heavy to find the energy to move.
Babysfather called me one day, somehow he heard I miscarried. What really happened is that he called one of my friends that moved to GA at the same time as I and she told him I did and he must be happy now. She was tired of him harrassing me with his entourage. "How you feeling?"
"Fine." I wasn't into talking I was getting ready to go to my doctors appointment. I also found out that I can see stars if your blood pressure is high enough. I was watching them float around while I was sliding my feet into my shoe praying that they matched.
"I heard what happened, i'm so sorry." he said his voice cracking.
"What happened?"
"You lost the baby."
"Are you calling to see if the job was done?"
"No, why must you always be so negative?"
"You made me this way. I used to be fun and like having it, but since i've known you I find it hard to even laugh. I hate you. My son is very healthy, by the way, my blood is die hard, okay. What you care for anyway it's not yours, rememba."
"I want to be part of my son's life."
"When you get your son, you will be. As far as i'm concerned you don't have one. You think i'm gonna allow you to yo-yo this childs feelings like you did mine. Your crazy. Look you made your bed lie in it. It looks quite comfortable. Your not ready. 38 and a half weeks ago I told you, you weren't ready. Just take the free ticket and go." I hung up the phone and turned it off. I went to my doctor's office my blood pressure was sky high and from the look on my doctor's face dangerously high.
"Phatty, I want you to go straight to the hospital and check in. You might have to have this baby today." I trusted my doc. He was always personally concerned about his patients and I didn't like the look on his face. I got up and wobbled out of the doctors room, afraid that I might end up doing this alone. Scared that I my baby might not make it. Scared that I may not make it.

I didn't know what my next move was. I know I was suppose head over to the hospital my bag was in my trunk there was nothing to go home for. I jumped in my car and made the longest 20 minute drive I ever took.

I got to the hospital and checked myself in. They then sent me to a room to put on the hospital robe and lay down. The nurse then came in and put the tag on my arm took a whole lot of information. And left to get someone to draw my blood (again). No one knew I was here, noone. So I did the most irrational thing any single, pregnant, alone woman would do...I called my mother. Lucky for me my mother worked at the airport and I knew it would be a quick trip for her. I looked at the time it was 3:45pm, i'm gonna time her.
"Hey Mummy, are you at work?"
"Yeah, mi deh pull ah ovatime shift cah mi nuh know when da pickney might come. Wah yuh deh do todeh? Nuh lock up yuhself inna di house gwan walk out."
"I am out the house."
"Whe yuh deh?"
"At the hospital, but before yuh stawt fret. It's just a check on my blood pressure, it was kinda high."
"What's high?"
"I don't remember about 180 ova another 1 something."
"Gyal, yuh nuh si seh a dead yuh go dead. Mi deh come."
"Mom don't rush until I talk to the doctor. Don't waste ah trip, plus you have to pack."
"My bags are already packed and is in my locker I will see you soon, find someone to pick me up at the airport. Bye." She said in her 'twanging' voice before she hung up. I called my bible study leader and asked him to pick her up. He is so lovely and is Cameron's Godfather. Oh my God my mom was on her way.

After checking my blood pressure my doctor came back in and said my tests all came back normal and he wanted to send me home for another week. "Please don't send me home. I'm tired of being tired and I want him out. He's ready, I read it in the books."
"Phatty it's not if he's ready, it's if he will come out. It's Tuesday you can be in labor all week if your induced before he's ready."
"Doctor, trust me, he's ready. He's been putting my body through hell. I just want to sleep and feel like myself, even if it's just one night, please! [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/feelsick.gif[/img]"
"The only thing that i'm worried about is putting you in a long labor, your trying to do this without epidural remember?"
"I know doctor. How about I promise you the baby tomorrow? I promise he will be here tomorrow."
"She sounds desperate...think it through," the nurse chimed in. "but keep in mind the doctor is right."
"Okay, we'll have you rest tonight and tomorrow at about 8 am we'll break your water. Get some rest okay?"

My mother called when she boarded the flight it was 5:15pm. I gave her the bible study leaders name and number. The nurse then came with a plate of food and told me to eat it before they had to move me. "It may be your last meal before your a Mom."
When I opened it I felt nauseous. It looked like ham and some smashed something with gravy on it. I wasn't gonna eat that before I became a Mom. So I called one of my Mommy back-ups. Mommy2, the drinker. "Hey Ma, i'm at Northside and they gave me puky food for my last meal. Can you hook it up?"
"I'll be right there baby." She was there in an hour with a pasta dish from Cheesecake factory. Amazingly, I ate it all.

They moved me to my room where Mommy2 spent sometime with me and then left to go "help her mother with something." I looked at the clock it was 9pm. I looked around the room. Which was really nice. Humana was a very good insurance company for expectant mothers they had a nurse call me after every doctor's visit, and I didn't have to pay co-pay at all just a $200.00 dollar hospital bill out of a 9,000 dollar birth. The room was huge. There was a bathroom with shower. Handle bars for those mothers who had to squat. There was a wall that shaped like it was a bay window (they just remodeled the hospital) there was a bed for the guest that would stay. My room was equipped with Television, VCR/DVD, and a stereo. It was more comfortable than home. They nurse came in and gave me a sleeping pill and reclined my bed and turned the t.v. on. At 9:15 my mother walked in.
