What would you do?

I really have no perspective on this situation as I have no kids....so what would you do?

She has a couple of kids with a "deadbeat" dad. He rarely or never sees them. She had to take him to court to get child support. She then had to take him to maintenance enforcement to collect the court ordered child support. The child support is not reliable.

She has now married or is making a life with a wonderful man. This new man has been very accepting and supportive of her children and for all intents and purposes looks at them as his own.

Now he (new man) wants to adopt her children. Baby daddy is found and served the papers to sign to release the kids for adoption.

if i was babyfada, even though me not supporting them i would still be reluctant to sign the papers....(i think...but me noh really know how man think bout these things all the same)

If im still waa visitation (which im can still ha) den im ooda still haffi pay support. De support payment ooda get reduced doah..

Mi feel say de man say no, because im was jus being a dawg-eena-manger... im no really waa dem, but im no want a nedda man fi claim dem needa...

Mi no tink im ooda say yes fi get outta paying support (cause im hardly a pay anyway). Im ooda say no because a some macho bullcrap.
