She has now married or is making a life with a wonderful man. This new man has been very accepting and supportive of her children and for all intents and purposes looks at them as his own.
Now he (new man) wants to adopt her children. Baby daddy is found and served the papers to sign to release the kids for adoption.

They will have no problem with getting the children adopted by the husband..and the reason why is....If the children's dad can't come up iwth all the back pay...It's a done deal!...In other words when they serve paperwork to the real dad and he comes to court to protest the adoption he better have all of that back pay or he is going to jail...So I think the deadbeat dad is going to run like hell....watch and see!
