She neva argue wid im. She neva tell im say she tyad a how im neva ha nutn good fi say bout har cooking, how im always a compare har to im madda so now im fi galang a im madda yawd go eat.

She jus stop cook an gwan like nutn outta de ardinary. Back in the days, it was not an odd thing for the woman to cook, clean, wash and take care of the children because most women did not work outside of the home. Now that women are working outside of the home, it's "supposed" to be a shared responsibility. Men seem to forget that though. I think the average superwoman still takes on the responsibilities alone because if she don't do it, it won't be done. God forbid she slackens in her job as Wife/Mother.

I'd gladly go back to cooking, cleaning, washing and taking care of the kid if I could meet a man that will take on the other responsibilites. Bread winner, provider, protector, Husband/Father, etc. I had that in my first marriage. But for now, I am all of that and more. I could use a good BWM! But they sure are hard to find...
