You know I think it is a great idea but would think of it of a mutual apprasial process with recommendations on improvement for both and what they can do to improve THEIR relationship.

Him is a computer nerd, and almost looks like the PC guy in the Mac PC Commercials. Although the PC guy is better looking and in better shape.

It could be that, none of the men that knew her before stuck around long enough to ask her to marry them, because they did not want to deal with all her crap. Maybe this was the first guy who seriously asked her to marry him. Also maybe she fell in like with his mind?

Look at it like this. He had three long years to show that he could manage the job and she could have 'fired' him without giving him a chance to improve his 'performance'. Now that he has been 'appraised' and given his 'corrective plan', it's up to him. three years was also long enough for him to know if the job is too big for him or not and also long enough to know if he can work with the 'boss'.

At least she took the time to tell him what he was doing wrong, so it seems she still cares for him.
