Well don't you think the best therapy is the truth? I certainly think so. The best thing would be to have a confession in the presence of a counselor. If the marriage is built on lies and deceit (which it obviously is) the someone needs to come clean as it is completely unfair and cruel to have someone believe you love them and have been faithful when clearly it is not the case. As a christian married man, I would rather feel the hurt of a confession from my wife than to have her hide it for years only to find out way later...cause the truth always comes out some way some how.

It don't sound like shi know where she is. She need to sort out herself because just blaring out the truth say she was fooling around might end her relationship while that is not what she needs or where she is.

The deed was committed before she was married to her now husband.. The married man went on with his life as did she. Why she a harp and a live in the past is why she need therapy.

IMHO truth has nothing to do with anything in this case and so a confession is not warranted. But she does need a counselor

True, it would hurt him more to think that his whole marriage was a sham and she never loved him at all

She's discontent with the marriage wondering what if she'd ended up with Kevin. Maybe she envies the r/ship she thinks they have since things are too missionary in her home? And she's just dreaming about life behind door number 2.

Sounds like she just marry Gary because Kevin was not going to leave his wife.........She not over Kevin. I am quite sure she must be aware that its not only her life alone she will be messing up further if she talk..........good bible also say you must be wise as a serpent and calm as a dove. The issues she is having is with herself and no one else, so no need to hurt others..........Tell her put her big girl panties on and snap out of it!
