I believe there is a section for measurements so I sent mine...an inch or two bigger...in case dem noh beleeve me. There were many boxes to fill in but I answered just the basics: bust and hips.

It's a little roomy but shoulders fit perfectly...I can live with that.

the one you posted is very similar to the salwar kameez and is very nice.

nylah the ones with the narrow pants are called <span style="font-style: italic">churidar</span>, or <span style="font-style: italic">churidar suits. </span> I like them much better than than salwar, with those MC Hammer pants.

boy that kaneesha website is awesome, i wanted this one SO bad for a recent occasion.


so i went up to north NJ and spent a whole day in an orgy of silk . It came down to just hoping i could find one that fit, without having to send away or go back the next week for alterations. amazingly enough, that one turned out to be.... my exact favorite shade of teal blue.

Missis, we noh have no overwhelming Indian population here fi cater to; they buy their stuff in Canada or London...or wait tll dem guh home...to India.

The outfits I have came directly from India brought back by teachers who went home for holidays...reasonably priced.

Well we have Indian ppl in the suburbs here in Canada poor u

I dont think there would be any way around the long ship times from India. At least you are guaranteed the nice outfits and can get the tailored when the arrive to you if you give yourself nuff lead time.

aw gosh, thanks ladies! yes that is me... feelin like a princess in that soft silk. u cant really see it properly but it's a sheer top floating over the silk lining, and the whole front is covered with seed beads, weeny lil diamond clear ones that just glitter every time yuh move.

yes, red or orange, with silver/white decoration for the wedding day. but not like those above, those are party cloze and far too plain to marrid in!

traditional weddin gear is
<span style="font-style: italic">lengha choli</span>


and <span style="font-style: italic">ghagra choli </span> (ok well this is kind of a modern ghagra, havin a hard time finding real traditional ones for some reason.)
