now mi have one scarf would almost be like a durag(sp) mi nah wear that cap something ... ugly no raxstone... plus the man that live in the house would fling it whe.
shampoo - african gold no more dandruff shampoo with shea butter (mi no have so dry scalp/dandruff since mi start use it)
garnier fortifying conditioner -for fragile hair/split ends (the split ends are disappearing)
Parnevu for extra dry hair Leave in conditioner (claims to help prevent breakage, moisturize and deep condition)
wash once a week/every 2 or twice for the week depending on the hairstyle ... when it's breaking like this I cant wash it with the plaits because there are almost no ends to keep it and it just pulls right out. I use the moisturizer every other day regardless of the hair style. I blow dry occasionally because my hair is dry enough without that but unless it going to comb right away and the style can do with without it being dry.
In the last six months it has recovered a bit, no split ends and it get a little body but the length just not happening and all I want to do is be able to comb it in one and have this man stop asking me where is my hair.

Deep condition once a week for added moisture.
Hey Twiny, I use cheapo Queen Helene Cholesterol. If your hair is really thirsty you can add some sweet almond oil or melted shea butter to the conditioner. Be sure to apply it section-by-section as if you're creaming your hair for the first time. For many years, I made the mistake of just slapping it on and couldn't get my nape area to grow at all.
