as usual i can't stand to sit under the dryer so i had her put it up - i have some pictures but i don't think they do the do justice - i will get abu to take some when he gets home later

i start my new job on monday so i will probably leave it up until then - when i take it down it will be curly and bumpy wavy - if you're interested - i will show you that affect

that's Terhas' natural hair pattern - she used to wear dreads - before i knew her - but said she was having problems getting a job with them

now ricci - boy that guy used to be so gorgeous - women didn't mind waiting in his shop all day - as long as he was there - he'd have wet heads lined up like planes at Newark Airport - and they would just sit there happy - i found someone else to do my hair and then of course - dreaded

i've been dread 12 years and i have worked - more than i would like to - and i'm a manager for a telecom company here in the southeast - even did an assigment in england with dreads - the best hairdo for that "mist"

if you feel good and walk with confidence - which my dreads helped me feel - no more bad hair days - ever - and you're qualified - the job won't be denied to you 'cause of your dreads

that's what I thought, unless she was told specifically that her locks was the reason she was denied employment.
Grooming is important for certain jobs. Locks can be groomed.
