eh eh winta almost done (wishful thinking ) and no breakage tread yet?


any new winter hair survival tips?

i'm sticking to the omega 3 and biotin tablets for the winter

also, using some kind of omega oil on the hair

I wear my hair up so it doesn't get whipped around and dried out by the wind and cold air.

Spritzing hair with Motions Marula Oil helps; it doesn't harden in cold weather like shea butter and coconut oil and there is no mineral oil or petrolatum in it.

good shampoo, conditioner and leave in ( paul mitchell moisturizing line) and jojoba oil.

i have tree braids now and thinking of keeping them until february thaw (re-braiding as necessary). With that i still use Paul mitchell , spritz with braid spray, and and a little oil sheen two to three times a week. This is partly because my regular hairdresser is MIA.

i started back on my omega 3-6-9 and Biotin a <span style="text-decoration: line-through">week</span> month ago or so, and will take them for as long as i remember

this is my first winter wid my hair this long

I may have to look into a different routine because mi noh tink di freeze dry mi generally use will be a good plan at this length

is that the same Marula nut dem use in that cream liquer

if I can find it I'll check it out..as I rediscovered this summer..my hair may like oils but my scalp can't tek it..the omega oil..i just us a couple of drops after I wash..it would be nice have something I can use more frequently

joke me meking..yes the hair is cornrowed back, but the extension hair pulled thru..suh u see cornrows but also extension hair.

and no me neva spend 20k pon it
