</div></div>I do use henna+indigo every 6-8 weeks. Sometimes when I'm in FL visiting my parents, I'll go to the Aveda salon and get the gray dyed. It takes months to grow out though, and by then the henna has taken over.
One thing is I wish I were more comfortable with makeup, particularly eyeshadow. When it's done well it can make you look so confident and sophisticated. I rely on my hair too much to get that "spark". </div></div>
In the US you can go to the cosmetic counters during the day in the larger stores (eg Macys) and beg for instruction
