so they've entered the last leg of their canadian tour. they're in alberta (weh tanya, twiney, remo live - wonder if dem ago look fi kate and will )

kate retired the mocassin and bruk out the espadrilles. she has a frilly shirt and yet another everlasting blue jacket. her favourite colour schemes are white/cream and blue.

she looked fairly glam tho, in their tour of Slave Lake, where 7000 people had to flee due to forest fire. apparently kate asked to visit this place.






will looking pretty sharp though. like im jacket.

that's probably the same jacket worn on the first day of departure.

so the queen's rules are no open toe shoes and no bare legs, hence the stockings.

other than my winter tights of varying colors/patterns, this is not an 80s look I will be revisiting

she WAS a style icon - before she was required to play the part of 'Duchess'. she always looked great back when she got to choose her own outfits without having to be &quot;appropriate&quot; according to what the Queen dictates (formally or not) as far as how she appears in public..... i really think she's only dressing this way cause of the restrictions of her new &quot;station&quot; in life - cause her own fashion choices &amp; outfits were pretty hot and fresh and young lookin - back when she was juss the girfren.

i think she's just treading very lightly and erring on the conservative side, to make 100% absolute sure she nah make no public missteps on her first public outing as a representative of the Palace... with the world-wide media vultures bein all over her every move, every word, and every stitch, every millisecond ah de dyam day.

personally i love her low-maintenance 'regular-folks' ways, and i also ADORE the cream &amp; blue sweater-dress... and yes of course that is a slip underneath - no matter how slim yuh are, you cannot wear a sweater dress w/out one slip.....

i saw that poll. i thought neither wore it well. sjp's shoes ruined the outfit for me - i kept thinking of clowns. and the dress for some strange reason made kate appear horsy.

Kate gets my vote - i no like it in the navy blue -- it looks too much like a sailor costume ... the cream color is the only thing that saves it from looking like Halloween. - esp with dem hideous red shoes. *gak*

Without the doofy looking flower decoration they'd be much nicer - but still not red with that dress... if it was me i woulda done neutral stockings &amp; platform pumps, not slingbacks. they look like ole-lady shoes to me....

A mi madda wan mi si still a wear slip. Mi nuh kno no bady unda di age of 55 whe wear dem. Mi nat even did kno sey dem still mekk dose tings.

LOL ok, no - mi is not sayin it's a &quot;rule&quot; -- is only for practicality, specifically cause sweater dresses clingup clingup so...... the slip makes it 'skim' the body and gives a more chic &amp; elegant silhouette, instedda bunching and clinging everywhere.
