Vannie I love your trainer too... and how u can trace him and big im up in less than 5 sentences. How many inches have you lost so far and how you find eating more food?
i have lost about 3 inches....di more eating is hard...i really find it hard to eat juss so....more time mi put some peanut butter pon a rice cake n nyam dat..den next snack a yogurt...mango , guava , grapefruit...di fruit ting mi wi overdo..

mi treadmill stap so braps in di miggle of mi walking pon it...is a lucky ting mi did juss stawt di walk so it wasnt going really fast cause di way it stop so braps, mi get thrown a likkle...so dat is y dis damn facety n eggsup man did eena di house fi able fi pass him place so ask mi dat deh kind of ?
mi trainer was here an wen di man ax di ?, mi trainer step bak...afterwards mi ax him if him did know seh him do dat..him seh it was juss instinctive...
so di repairman get di hint an change to telling me dat di treadmill is really old so dat mite be di problem...

since di treadmill was out of commission i have been using the elliptic...dat is not as easy as it looks...mi trainer ha dis ting bout core training...so him use di treadmill, elliptic n rower fi mi warm up,..,dose r the only machines in the homegym dat him wi mek mi use...him seh di rest is foolishness...facety....oh n him use di weights fi wen mi a stretch n bend over...but wen he is not here and i am working out by miself on the weekend i use the one whe u can pull up different weights....juss to spite him i use dat one next time i am downstairs i will tek a picture of the gym wid mi ites, green n gold interlocking mats on the floor..
oh Kia mi shoes get sooo much notice...everybody seh dem love di colours an whe mi get dem...from di young to di old... one lady tell mi seh mi cannot get lost in di snow..

u hold a 20lb weight in both hands , stand wid u feet apart, touch each ankle in turn...wen u stan bak up u mek sure fi stretch di hands up in di air..trust mi , it sound easy but is not since u hold dat blinking 20lb weight...brings a whole new dimension to touching ur toes....
u can also hold di weight in both hands outstretched and turn to ur side fi howmany count...
dat is all i can memba since my mind blocks out the torture err exercises he has me do wid dem weights..i will mek a note an post dem in di fucha
dere is dis half a ball ting dat i have to balance on..it supposedly helps u center ur core..wateva dat fawt mean..all i know is dat it is hard to get on an harder to stay on...
