) are inclined to try buss out going back down a hill, as they feel like they should after using "a long time" to go up. Unfortunately, for runners when wi mash up with injuries....it is mainly knees and hams (sometimes hips) that does us in. 
cuz that exercise nearly kill mi. coulda sworn it would help me with my hill endurance.
