i don't run the entire way. i'll run for about an hour and walk the rest, atta mi noh want drap dung like dem marathon people dem.

high park is beautiful. absolutely beautiful. i saw cardinals. [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img] there's even a zoo with peacock and stuff. can't wait for summer [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/breakdance.gif[/img]

Hmmm...nothing specific. Pretty much diet, exercise are consistent year round -- no change there. I've signed up for 2 half marathons. Contemplating adding a triathlon to the package.

Warmer weather means getting back on my motorcycle. I plan to do more trail riding. Last year I was on the street a whole lot. Saturday I saw a black woman on her motorcycle... she was all out in her pink chaps, pink jacket with flowing frills, on a fully chromed out motorcycle. She was riding slow but sure. Always makes me proud seeing more women, especially black women riding their m'cycles. Women on motorcycles always get a lot of stares. A black woman riding her m'cycle...traffic *almost* comes to a stop. ~LOL~

I'm having a problem with my feet since I wear sneakers all day for work my feet has gotten really tender. I don't even bother to polish them unless I'm going somewhere special becasue the polish comes off quite easy.

Any recommendations?

The first half-marathon coming up a month from now. The next all the way 'til September.
This triathlon is a sprint, which is 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bicycle and a 3 mile run. This will be the first I'll try a triathlon and this seem to be easiest...for an adult.

It's warm out, so I am riding my bike most days and walking if it's too cold to ride.

That's about it......
