is there a way to start locks at home by yourself (or your children)?

Pepper, i'm using my natural hair, so it will start off short. I don't expect to have no long, dungmiback locks though, would keep them short.

the DPC supervisor who locks recommend to me pantene hair wax, you've seen it advertised on tv. you could probably curb the bud ness look wid dat because it really neatens up my hair after i've washed it.
