i have a feeling i may just end up changing my outfit. there are not alot of dress stores where i live Boston. The stores i have been to seem to have dresses that cater to a certain ethnic group. then them have some dresses which are so expensive that as far as i am concern should be given to salvation army. i went to a store which had some really nice dresses near where i live but them say most of them especially ones i liked are plus sizes. i dont intend to gain weight to fit in it by december.

Mindy, did you check out the Galleria? Isn't there a Filene's there? And Watertown has 2 malls with so many selections. You should check them out and see just in case.

Lady Z, i bought my dress at filenes and i have been to macy's, just didnt really see any dress that i liked there.

o i have been to the galleria near me, but to me honest some of these stores dont really cater to the choices that black women probrably would wear in terms of dresses that is. Sometimes u can just look at a dress and know it does not go with your skin tone or personality. however watertown is a bit of a distance from where i live, i will try to check it out when i can.
