Today I feel great..no headaches no flulike symtoms. I walked in the office this morning and my co-worker said I look fresh.

When I open my eyes this morning I didn't feel like taking an extra 10 mins. I was surprize at how awake and energized I was ..I got up..did my route and my body really feels different. </div></div>

Thanks Shandra I will let you know which ones I try.

so its been <span style="font-weight: bold">1 week </span>since I've started and like I mentioned in the beginning I was having some headaches and feeling really tired. Headaches are completely gone, no fatigue and my energy level is good. I have lost 5.2lbs and I feel it all over. I see it in my face even MrKurlie tell me this morning that my face look slimmer.

I am still getting use to preparing the meals and yesterday I had to cook MrKurlie's dinner and inhale it.

I was out yesterday and got hungry. I am so proud of myself that instead was eating anything and everything in sight. I went into wholefoods and good a salad for lunch, brought some almonds and munch on those until I got home.

This morning I did the cashew nut milk and everyone part take of it. All in all it's not bad at all. I'm transitioning and getting use to slowly but surely. At the end of the day I feel good and at night my stomach is &quot;free&quot;

I am loving the nuts...almond, cashew especially (incase anyone mind get smutty )

I am also loving the salads and how I prepare them...

The nut milk is off the chain..you should try it.

What is the alternative to nuts, almond, cashew if not able to eat?

so..fi years, I had a bump the size of a dime on the side of my neck (my mom has one on the side of her face too). It didn't hurt or anything like that and I never got it checked out at a doctor before. This pass weekend I notice that the bump gone..after all these years..mi talking 15+ years.

So mi kina excited bout it and a wonda if a the change a eating habits.

anyway, before you leave your house, pack a ziplock bag full of snacks this way yuh will be ok.

pack baby carrots and/or nuts
