Papa and Baby Doc's reign is decades old. The USA did not put them in power.
Right now Haiti's Government is laying under rubble and for all intents and purposes the USA is in charge. This is the risk of having corrupt and inept governments.
This is risk that Jamaica faces. One good rain or breeze blow could virtually wipe out what's left of our sovereignty.
