What is even fantastic is that the famous <span style="font-weight: bold">Joan Andrea Hutchinson</span> will appear just before me . So you can tune in to hear her as well.

Well yuh know when it come to anyting Jamaican, yuh know drama haffi deh bout
Apparently Joan figet seh shi noh deh pan di same time zone as di US cause shi deh a yaad. When dem a try reach har .. no Joan. Dem did call mi lickle earlier an tell mi fi bi pan standby. But mi en up still a come on my regular time... but yes I did feel rushed. Mi still get fi push out some info still and for that I am grateful.


She promised me that she will have me on her Talk show (TV/Video) which will give me more time to rap

August Movements

Rain put a damper on the Jerk Pit event (it was intended to be out doors). Still got to give props to Yawd Lynks who had the place rocking . Was happy for the support from the attendees. Dem people mek mi realize seh mi have to find a way fi accept Debit/Credt Cards. People noh walk wid cash no more

Anyhooo on the move again ...cause A SOH WI DO IT!!


This <span style="font-weight: bold">Friday, August 12th</span>, there will be a grand opening for a new restaurant called JUST GOT JERKED (LOL) in Washington DC ( U Street) and the owner is giving me a platform to showcase the book


Saturday <span style="font-weight: bold">August 13th </span>I will perform at JNA 49th Anniversary gala. I am accompanied by the illustrious Gungo Rice and Peas ((Peasie))) This event I am extremely nervous about, cause its a different kind of crowd. This place is going to be packed with DC's finest and dignitaries. (Hoping to meet Collin Powell if I can get that close )

JNA 49th Anniv Celebrations

It was an honor to be asked to be a part of the JNA 49th Anniversary ! I had a ball and I was so darn worried about the audience because I was told they tend to be “uppity.” Nat a ting noh goh soh. These were down to earth, drop dead , raw chaw Jamaicans. They were so supportive of my book and it was much appreciated (((my people dem a di bess))))


Peasie, you made this night run so smooth for me. Thank you so much for being there. I would not have had the success that evening without your advice and some shrewd strategy Much love and maximum respec.

As usual, the ASWDI most famous prop came along for the ride. Thankfully so because it drew the attention of the folks in attendance!!
