Some people don't like to take their meds because of how it makes them feel and/or lack of control. Sounds contradictory, since they are not fully in control when the mental illness is, but that's how they feel. Some try to self-medicate with drugs and/or alcohol, and some try other, holistic methods of controlling the illness. </font>

This thread reminds me of something that happened to a friend of mine,he was seeing this girl for about two weeks,during their first sex session she started flapping her arms frantically and trashing around and making odd noises,...him thinking that she was really appreciating his work, doubled his efforts and started banging away while congratulating himself on how much she was enjoying it,...it was only after she started frothing at the mouth and convulsing he realised she was having a bloody fit underneath him,turns out she was autistic.
