For the most part, I believe that the Christian woman have come to the realization that although they desire to be with someone it's best to leave it up to God. But that doesn't make sense you say. Well it all depends on your faith and trust in God. Anyone can 'date' but it's a 'strong' woman that waits on the Lord, Tropicana don't dismay there is a Christian guy out there for you and for each of us that desire one. He doesn't have to be at your Church. He may be at Compry's Church [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] . Ask God to guide him to you or you to him.

Thank you kumba1 and dailybread for your words of encouragement. I hear what you are saying but I am not in that space in terms of my thinking and I find it hard to relate. It just doesn't make sense to me to sit around and be shunned and rejected when I have other options and other men who I am able to date regularly.

Kumba1 I will take you up on your offer as I will probably stop off in London on one of my trips to the mid East or Far East. I actually flew via London on my way to Dubai in 2001 but I didn't stop over. Looked great with the new milenium dome and everything. I have family in England that I've never met. It would be a nice trip and of course lots of opportunities to go horseback riding. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Waiting on the Lord-for whatever reason-certainly has its frustrating moments and only God's Word can keep us from going insane at these times when the problems are magnified in our eyes.

Sorry, this thread is not about blondes. I have done many threads about blondes in the past. I will likely do some more in the future but this is not the focus of this thread.

A Christian man is not supposed to be having sex before marriage (though I suspect from what I observed and what some of them have shared with me that some of them are.)

So what you are saying is that (many)Christian men are racists, and don't like Blacks women for sex. And that Jamaican women refuse to see this.

I am saying that many (White) Christian men are racists and won't date a Christian woman who is Black no matter WHAT she has to offer. Many Jamaican woman won't confront the problem head on and label it as racism. Instead they hide behind this "content in the Lord" "I will wait for the Lord" business.

Also, when they go to functions or encounter these situations, speak to the people involved about their offensive behaviour. I am sorry snubbing every Black woman at a function IS offensive. There is a problem. Some black christian men do have a problem.
I know of four churches in toronto with the black brothers behaving the same way.
I agree, these behaviors need to be pointed out to the pastors or to the workers in the church who will then point it out to the pastor or pastors. uuuum ooops! There might just be a problem with doing that though ....some of the biggest flirts are pastor's and churh workers...

Really. Since I don't know very many single Christian men who are Black, I have never encountered these issues and attitudes among Black Christian men. The men I am referring to are all White. If the attitudes among Black Christian men in the GTA are the same then we are REALLY up the creek as Black Christian women. Yikes!!
