Ooo boy. My choice right? I'm going to assume you mean an ordained minister (because in essence we're [christians] all ministers). If so, I'd say no. Reason being I'm a background type of person and don't really care to be in the forefront. I wouldn't run from it though.

I think the focus should be on the 2 greatest commandments he gave us which is to put no other God before him and love thy neighbour as thyself. Then from there, I believe, things would fall into place, such as winning souls for Christ. Another thing as well is that we must learn to put self aside. Too often we see flesh on display instead of focusing on the message of Christ.

They are terms in the temperament theory(from field of psychology) referring to the four basic common temperament traits found in human beings which affect human behavior. A person can either be introverted or extroverted in behavior.
