I have another 2 cents to put in. I visit another website besides this one from time to time. It's a different country than Jamaica but also in the Caribbean. I read the same things/issues there that people comment/complain/report about here. Someone goes to this country on vacation, meets a resort worker or someone else, yadda, yadda...and ends up generalizing an entire country based on their sordid experience. These people get "educated" or at least they try to, by the moderator and regulars on that board when first posted. The really obnoxious ones that keep coming back to post filth and stupid crap will get deleted / banned / whatever.

I know you're probably saying "yeah, so??" But I am just trying to show how no matter how much you try to educate people to understand cultural differences and steer them away from stupid stereotypes, there will always be another idiot that will keep coming back to post more. Possibly under a different screen name even.
