*Hanging head in shame* [img]/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] . Thursday and Saturday were not good days for me. Thursday I went to a business seminar where the food choices were limited to hot dogs hamburgers and the like, and desserts such as apple pie.....And I indulged...

Saturday I had two pieces of pizza, for dinner and later on also had a piece of apple pie that hubby had bought....

Ok today is sunday....I am hoping to make a fresh start to the week...wish me luck [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray:

Today is thursday!! I have been slacking with my report but here i am!!

Exercise ok this week not spectacular probably only 4 times for the week. Eating is ok too still a little too much at nite before bed (peanut butter on slice of bread or similar ), but not too too bad.

But I have seemingly gained 2 thats 2 pounds after my little eat fest of last weeek!!!!!!

Clothes seem to fit the same [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray: , but evil evil scale is trying to drive me to drink (probably a bottle of red wine that me and englan girl could share [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] ).

So trying to get past this frustration....thought it was 9 to go now it seems to be 11...

Today is Saturday...and i have gone from bad to worse...baby is sick and cranky so mommy is sleep-deprived, cranky and eating like there is no tomorrow.

Pray for me please that baby gets better soon and mommy finds her way back to the path of salads and chicken breasts [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray:

Ahhh..think that the flu bug has left me three weeks of aches and pains..going to make an effort to get back on the wagon on monday.

I have been MIA..stress at work killing mi..and since the flu gone...I have been semi-good, semi-bad, probably just maintaining now..but still want to lose the last 10 pounds...

this week will be particularly stressful i think...so I will try to come back next week to do an update if i can't before

Well..I am here and not here...I am pretty much still in the same place..maintaining i think..trying to eat (mostly) good and work out at least three times a week.

When the parents come to stay for a while, I will be a little less stressed and have more time to devote to this weightloss thing and the last ten pounds.
