i always go thru Norman Manley, close to where i have to go. the only bad thing is the wait in Customs if every flight land at the same time

Kingston alright ..
dem expand the departure area, and connecting there to the arrivals with some new stores under construction .. still get crowded tho

but it ok

mobay -- still nicer .. in some ways
but mi use to Kingston

I just came back from Kingston Airport Tuesday. I told myself I would never fly into that airport again. I usually get off at mobay....When the flight drop off the mobay passengers we waited on the plane fi about an hour...which i guess was ok because at least we didn't have to change planes....we finally get to kingston and di immigration line did SLOW! Mi seh it neva did a move. I was in line for at least an hour. Only good thing aBbout that is by the time I went to get my bags...it was waiting for me on the floor. So i breezed thru customs....but dah line deh did slow to blursnaught!

I guess I just picked a lucky day to go through Kingston Airport because I was in and out in no time without a lot of fuss.

Montego Bay on the other hand always seems to be the looongest, hottest experience of my life. I haven't been since the upgrade though...

BECAUSE TOURIST DE DEM USE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT DEM FALSE TEET FALLING OUT ANY TIME THE VEHICLE RUN IN TO ONE OF THEM BIG POT HOLE IN DE ROAD.

Of course that is the case. MBJ caters to the tourism industry. But they also have much better customer service.

Kingston is functional, they have a runway, gates, air traffic tower etc. Its just a port of entry. They don't go out of their way to take care of those passing thorugh the terminal.
