Re: Rastafarianism - the confusing part
from what I know of rastafarianism, as someone pointed out,they take the good and discard what they think is bad,with regards to christianity.
there are some things written in the bible that most definitely deserves a "bun fyah" as they not only insults our intelligence and borders on the rediculous,but really does defy credulity.
rastafarianism has somehow taken the altruistic aspects of the bible and form a basis for their beliefs.I can also identify more with a faith that sees their "god" as a living human than one borne out of myths and legends.
