This trip report reminds me of so many things.

I have not had an experience like this in many years. I had forgotten all of those feelings and silly things that go on. When I first started going to Jamaica, it was always like that for me... but somewhere along the line things changed for me and the experience of Jamaica is now something entirely different.

It was nice to be reminded of those first few trips. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Some of the archived ones are still there. I guess Sienna and Magic haven't gotten around to them yet. It seems that my former "man" has a friend who reads these boards. Although I always told him everything I did anyway, and also I print off my previous trip report and read them to him when I return on my next trip. We always used to have the best time laughing and reliving our previous trip (I thought). BUTTTTT I guess when one of your boys is reading them and (I surmise) telling you...man if that was my woman...or someday this or that is going to happen to her.....it started not to sit well with him.
Then when GF went flat foot off about this board and how someone is going to recognize her and cause problems and cussing and stuff, I just decided to end my trip report days.
Not to mention,..... the criticism I seem to get on the board from some people, I jsut decided to join the ranks of those who travel and don't publish one.
I really do enjoy writing them and most of the feedback I get, but with all this trouble I just decided it wasn't worth it.

My independent research has shown that 2 months is the longest a first timer can hold out until the second trip.

You're right about that. I left JA Feb. 8th and I'm going back next month (May 21st). I'm trying to plan my next trip before I leave for this one but I'm facing a lot of opposition from family and friends

. We'll see how it all works out.

Everyone, I gotta tell you. I've been spending all this week checking back and checking back for your responses because they crack me up.

Bones about the man back home (I live in Canada)to make a long story short, I could not get back to life as normal and we separated. Part of the reason why I can't post pictures. I have the worst luck in the world and I'm sure somone I know will happen on here and I can just hear it "oh my god...that's why they split"

I was going to tell you all what's been going on at the end of the report, but I'll do it now since the questions are coming up. I went back two months later in January and stayed in Ochi again for 5 blissful days [img]/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] This trip in June will be the third in 7 months. I do not make enough money to pay for this Jamaica habit. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Queen B, please give me the address so I can send the money.

Hey ladies, I am so glad everyone is enjoying this report ...it is the truth...she is telling all, and I was there (well most of the time) to tell you this is for real. I am "THE" Danielle, her friend since childhood, and let me tell you, this girl has lost her mind for her JA lover...he has got her good!!
I had a crazy time down there and lost my mind a few times too...but boy can my girl write everything down in words...WOW!!!
Reading this story and re-living it is almost as bad as being there again..I am getting warm re-living...AHHH!!!
